If you desire to be all that God has created you to be, I am available to help get you there. Our time together will be based on trust, authenticity, transparency, and Kingdom impact.
Life happens to us all. Sometimes we need another leader to confide in and someone we can trust with our dreams, goals, and objectives. Leaders need someone to help them think through ideas, ponder solutions, move past tough decisions, process hurt caused by others, and those they lead, to be a listening ear, among other things. As a leader, I understand.
Over twenty-five years as a professional, I have led, worked within, consulted for, and coached leaders within complex organizations. I have worked with leaders in behavioral health, primary and secondary education, ministry, philanthropy, business, politics, government, and the nonprofit sector. As a leader, practitioner, consultant, and coach, these experiences ground me in the realities of what it takes to be a successful leader and how to help others become so too.
